I thik though that even places like kinkos or alphagraphics or copying
places can print for you. I seem to remember an ad from someone saying that
so, if that is really the case, hopefully Jonathan's idea of saving to a cf
card or something else would work.

The problem is that even though the Braillenote can print, fewer and
fewer printers remain that it can work with. In a couple of years,
you'll be hard pressed to find a printer that works with the
Braillenote.

I believe the BN 18 and 32 should be considered PDA's because that's
what
they are. Just because they're bigger than the BN PK doesn't mean they
aren't personal data assistants.

Since blind people must spend more money than sighted people for PDA's,
it's important to buy the BN that will accomplish all the tasks we need
to
do. If 18 cells is enough for you to read with, that's fine, but 32
cells
offers more text on a line so you don't have to move the display as
much.

Some people on this list don't have a PC so it's important printing and
embossing capabilities are present on their BN's. It doesn't make sense
that the BN PK doesn't print or emboss.

If I were buying a BN for the first time, I would buy the regular BN and
not the BN PK because you get more for your money.
