This is just a suggestion.  If people want to be sure they will receive
the upgrade safely, they could have it sent to their work place instead
of to their home.  That's what I did when I used to work for Exchange
Bank.  All the UPS packages were delivered and signed for in my
department.

Since I'm no longer working, I can't do this, but I live in a senior
apartment complex and all UPS packages are delivered to the manager's
office.
