Hi, Jerry and List:
Yes, I didn't mean exactly that everything is free for a sighted person. What
I meant was, computers are basically cheaper for a sighted person, and our
updates are more expensive. I have a sighted husband, so I know this to be
true. His updates are less expensive than mine. Don't misunderstand me, I am
grateful for the equipment I have. I couldn't do without it. I've had it for
about a year, and didn't realize how valuable the BrailleNote was. I
appreciate everyone on this list, everyone who takes time to help us work out
the bugs, and respond to our inquiries.

>Dear ronda,
>Respectally, I do not agree with your premice that sighted people get free
>software upgrades. They all paid for the upgrade from Windows 95 to Windows
>98. Textbridge updates also come with a price tag. This is the case up and
>down the line. Patches and minor releases are free. But anything major must
>be paid for.

>Sincerely,
>Jerry Weinger

>>Hi, it's Rhonda Clark again with a comment about upgrades. Jennifer, you

>>I appreciate what I have learned from all of you, and appreciate this list.
>>I hadn't known about this list until the middle of last week. I appreciate
