Hi Sherry,
This resetting of the BN during the download process is common. You may
get one or two volumes, then you may need to reset. This seems to be
normal behavior with the BN. I haven't tried downloading any books yet but
I can't seem to get into the list of authors beginning with a given letter
in the first place. I did the letter A but wasn't getting R or B. Maybe
I'll try it with the PC and find out what is happening!
