hi Vicky:

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but it strikes me as a much easier
way to deal with your problem, especially considering the finicky nature, at
best, of active-sync.

I don't own a PK but I'm assuming it will work in a similar fashion do to the
same keysoft platform.

>From the main menu, press f to enter the file manager, followed by d to access
>the directory option. Choose the keysoft disk, and press space with t
>(control with t), to switch between folder mode and directory mode. Next, hit
>the space bar (down arrow) followed by w so that you reach the subdirectory of
>windows within the keysoft disk, and press enter. Next, press space bar (down
>arrow) followed by p so you are placed on the sub-subdirectory of profiles.
>Again, press enter. Within this subdirectory will be three more
>subdirectories: "Cookies, iehistory, and temporary internet files."

>From here, you can access the cookies and temp files subdirectories. Within
>the temporary internet files subdirectory, there will be multiple
>subdirectories as well. You can navigate to each of these subfolders and
>press backspace with c (control with i), to erase them. Similarly, there are
>no subdirectories in "cookies", but you can navigate to each document and
>again press backspace with c (control with i) and erase them.

Perhaps you will be able to erase the "cookies" and "temporary internet files"
directories themselves, and o have to worry about each individual
subdirectory/file. I'll do some testing and let you know. For now, please try
this method and let me know how you find it.
