Hi Donna,

Though Rhonda may be right, I have a question for you. While you were
writing this message, did you exit keymail into any other application such
as keyword, keyweb, key plus... etc? If you did, than the annoying keymail
bug has gotten you. With this bug, if you exit keymail into any other
application, your email message will not be saved, no matter what. You will
be incorrectly informed that the message is waiting to be sent in the
outbox, but, as you've discovered, once you log on, zero messages will be
sent, or at least one number less than the amount that should be sent.
Furthermore, no copy of the message will have been saved anywhere--you're
going to have to reconstruct it from scratch.

If you must exit keymail for any reason, exit your message first and either
save it to the outbox or drafts folder for further editing. It's extremely
tedious, but for right now, it's the only way to work around it. HTH, Laura
