Hi Ann,

The original questioner didn't make that request. As I stated before, I'm
not defending PDI, just pointing out why the ship[ments stopped which was
the original complaint. The question about the order of shipments is a
legitimate one.

Hi all,

Les, we do understand that the shipping process was stopped and restarted.
That's not the issue here. What we want to know is the logical means which
are being used by Humanware in California to determine whose updates are
shipped and in what order. That's all we want to know! They have to have
*some* kind of system for doing it, and it is a simple thing for somebody
from there to come on here and
say:

We're shipping in order of serial number. Or: we're shipping in order of
purchase date of SMA. Or: we're shipping in alphabetical order according
to last name. Or: we're shipping according to geographic order starting
with the western states and progressing eastward across the country, state
by state. Or: We're shipping alphabetically according to state.

This information doesn't seem to be too hard to obtain or to disseminate.

Ann P.
