Rich,

That seems like a lot of extra hassle compared to how it used to be done.

By the way, another problem I noticed is that I can't move items from one day
to the next without rescheduling the entire appointment, which might consist of
several items. I really wish there was a way where there could just be a to-do
list option where each sentence could be moved or deleted as needed. The check
mark is a good idea for knowing a task has been done, but it does not solve the
problem of moving items from one day to the next.

Keith:

Why not make each To Do item a separate Appointment with start times one
minute apart and elapse time as 0 minutes or hours. You probably should set
the alarm as no and if you do not want to be concerned about conflicts with
other appointments, you can set the time as free.

Subject: [Braillenote] Planner question

Until KeySoft 5.1, I would make a to-do list in the planner by simply
spacing between each sentence on a given day. This made it easy to use the
"delete current sentence" command to delete each item as it was completed.

I am finding that, in version 5.1, since all items are listed as an all-day
appointment, using the backspace with dots 1-4 command results in canceling
the entire day.

Does anyone know how the planner can be used as a to-do list effectively?

By the way, even though this seems difficult, I still like the planner
changes in 5.1.
