Rich, That seems like a lot of extra hassle compared to how it used to be done.
By the way, another problem I noticed is that I can't move items from one day to the next without rescheduling the entire appointment, which might consist of several items. I really wish there was a way where there could just be a to-do list option where each sentence could be moved or deleted as needed. The check mark is a good idea for knowing a task has been done, but it does not solve the problem of moving items from one day to the next.
