Keith, when you start typing on a page, an all-day appointment is 
automatically scheduled.  So every time I want to jot something down, I 
just go to the top of the page so I know where I am, and start typing.  If 
I have another item I want to add, I go to the top of that page again and 
type the next item on my to-do list.
