These are good suggestions. Sometimes the BN will go into "sleep mode"
before it finishes embossing a document. This has been fixed better in 5.0
and 5.1 versions of Keysoft. I'm not implying that this still can't happen.
I meant to say in my previous post that I wish to attempt to send and
receive voice mail on my wireless phone to and from my state. I understand
this can be done but haven't been able to accomplish this yet. Please

How about pressing online and then off line? or sorry off line then online
back again? or form feeding the paper (sometimes also during the form feed)
when I pressed the form feed button, to bring the paper back so that I could
tear it, it also embossed the last line so try those items and let me know
or rather let the list know how it went.
