Hello List,
A number of you have complained about the high cost of technology for blind
persons. I'd keep in mind the price tag before stating such far out
possibilities for the BN to have. Let's get real!

Hello, Terri and PDI staff,
Remember the ol' waterproof wristwatches back in the sixties used by scuba
divers? And look at the Perkins braillers with their cover cases that
were first introduced back in 1951 by David Abraham? I liked these ol'
waterproof watches! They could be read underwater without a
problem! And, as for the Perkins braillers, many blind from the sixties
and seventies used to carry these ol' heavy-duty mechanical braillers
around with covers on them with little problem! Just something to
consider for the BN.
