This is true. But if the BN is using the old state abbreviations, then that is the source of the problem. You young whippersnappers (smile) don't remember that at one time, states were indeed abbreviated using three letters. If this is in fact happening with the BN, it is unfortunate since we've been using two letters since the 70s.
