Hi Ann,
I am new to all this stuff, too, but I'm wondering if a card reader would
make it possible for you to read the files. Maybe someone can shed some
light on this for us?
Thanks in advance,
Donna

Subject: [Braillenote] translator for computers?
Hi all,
I'm wondering something. I have a BNBT. Naturally, I write most of
my files in KWB format. I place them on my 5 gig micro-drive. Since
my BNBT has been away in California, I can get my TXT and my doc files
just fine on the laptop, there seems to be no way to get at the KWB
files. Would NFBtrans work on these files or, perish the thought,
Duxbury, if I purchased it? I'm just wondering what might be
possible. Maybe others have encountered this problem?
Someone was kind enough to translate a file for me that I really
needed the other day, and I don't need anything else right this
second, but I'm just wondering if a backtranslator for computers might
be in order? Does one exist and I don't know about it?
Ann P.
