Hi Paul, Yes, this is documented. It is in the section entitled "Folder Management" in the chapter on KeyMail (section 11.7.5 for all manuals). If your cursor was at the top of the section (which it would be when you entered the reference from the Table of Contents or Index), it would be about the eighth paragraph in that section when you moved forward paragraph by paragraph with [SPACE with dots 5-6], [READ with 9], and if you were reading it through the onboard User Guide as opposed to opening the Chapter 11 document in the Manual folder on the KeySoft System Disk. Finding it in the document itself is a bit more difficult because the onboard User Guide has different paragraph boundaries than the document, so if you want to find that exact paragraph in the manual, use the onboard version [ENTER with BACKSPACE with H], [READ with HELP or FUNCTION with U].
