Hello! There is.  When you download email ok you  should hear receiving 1.  As 
soon as you hear receiving 2 press space with e select the i option return to 
keymail and go back to the in box.  Now take a look, and if there is no subject 
and such, press reset, go back to keymail, go back to reading your email, press 
y for yes to check for new email.  then download say 3 or 4, and then press 
space with e then the letter i and check this again.  If the subjects and such 
appear, you have fixed the problem.  If not, press a hard reset and try the 
above again.  Hopefully, you should get there this time, so download all of 
your email this time, and see how you go.  It's a little messy I know but it's 
my best suggestion that I can come up with.
