What I'd do is simply before I start an e-mail session free the database up and then things'll go much smoother. It is one of the querks of this particular operating and e-mail system. Hopefully, the new upgrade will alleviate this. Remember, this is a personal data assistant that means that it is not really meant to be carrying around tons and tons of e-mail messages.

What do you mean, free up database? are we supposed to free up the database every time we want to delete email? Or did you mean just by having so many
emails that is what fills up the database. I did notice that key mail did
take a while to move or delete mail and seemed to get slower, when there was a lot of email to handle. But I took that for partly using dial up when I'm
used to DSL at home, ad partly just the way the system works.

overall, for my first experience using keymail, on my recent trip, I thought it worked great and was an efficient way to handle email when I'm traveling.
it was terrific!

Hi folks!
I've been out of town for the last little while and had 193 e-mails in the
inboxof myBraillenote, and so when I returned home I went in, marked them
all and then deleted them. This took about 5 minutes to accomplish and then
it took about 2 minutes to empty the trash folder. I am talking about this
because when you actually do this the correct way andfree up database first
then carry out your delete process, it works quite nicely. For you newbies
on the block do not touch your Braille Notes while this goes on. It will
take a bit of time but if left alone it does it cleanly and efficiently.
Ok that is simply my comment about it but remember to free up your database
first and you should have no problems.
