Will; 
How could you do something like that when the BN is not is wide as a piece
of paper.  You would not have the same effect as you would if you Brailled
it out.  What if the Title was longer than line 1 of the BN, how could you
tactually feal it centered.  It might put the first half on the far right of
line and the second half on the far left of line.  Would you still call this
centering?  Not me.
