Hi Lisa,

It sounds from the description below that you bypassed the "Destination folder
name?" prompt by quickly pressing ENTER twice at the "Destination drive?"
prompt, so the file was technically being moved to the "General" folder. I
know you weren't intending to move it to another folder, but if you pressed
ENTER at the "Destination folder name?" prompt, this means you would have
accepted what was offered, which, by the sound of the "Cannot create file.
File already exists." error message, was the "General" folder, in which the
file already resided. I know you weren't trying to create anything, but the
message was telling you that a copy of the document (which, because you were
moving the file, would be the only copy) could not be created in that folder
because a copy of it was already there. After you've selected the destination
drive, as stated by Jim, you'll be prompted for the destination folder, at
which point you should either type in the folder or find the folder in the list
of available folders on that drive, then press ENTER to accept. Then, since
the destination folder is different from the General folder of the Flash Disk,
the file should be moved without a problem, and you should be told "1 file
moved". There shouldn't be a difference between whether it's a Braille or text
file.

Also be aware that you can, when your cursor is on the file name (in the list
of files) of the file you wish to move, you can press [BACKSPACE with M], [READ
with CONTROL with M], and you will be asked for the drive and folder into which
to move the file.

Remember that if you've ever accidentally bypassed a folder/drive prompt and
are now at the folder/file name prompt, you can always press BACKSPACE to
return to the previous prompt, and if you're in a list of drives/folders/files
but want to return to the drive/folder/file name prompts respectively, you can
exit the list by pressing [SPACE with E], [ESCAPE].

HTH,
Maria
