Hi,

I don't have a pk, but suspect what works with the bn regarding activesync is
also true with the pk. If you do a hard reset, especially a 4 5 6 (j k l)
reset you
will loose any partnership that existed between the bn and pc with activesync.

When this happens, I always go into activesync on the pc and delete the
partnership which still exists there. Then, I connect pc and bn using
activesync
and create a new partnership. This way, if you do want to synchronize files
and have the appropriate folders set up, you can keep them and they will work
with the newly created partnership.

If you do create such a new partnership with file synchronization, be sure you
keep the folders from the old partner when prompted and your files will sync
correctly in the new partnership without you having to do anything else.

If you don't delete these old partnerships, you will generate new folders for
synchronization and it can get very confusing after a while as to where files
might
be.

Hello Vicky,

Firstly, I need to say that while using Wifi to synchronise your files may
work to an extent, we do not as yet, officially support this so it is you
might say, a wonderful bonus that it does work. However, if you are finding
that this is also the case on a network, USB or serial connection, this is
something that we need to try and address in the near future. I will also
investigate this issue in the next couple of days.

Something to also keep in mind is if you have more than one partnership set
up on the PC, that you are looking in the correct folder for the files that
have been moved across.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.
