Dear Stacey,

Is your document a Keyword text document or a Keyword Braille document? If
you imported your .brf file to KeyWord text, then you will have lots of
short lines in the text document. You can get rid of extra hard returns by
searching for a new line and replace it with a space.

But if you are editing a KeyWord Braille document, then it's possible the
two names won't fit on the same braille line.
