Hi Ronda;
You kind of scared me untill I saw some of the other e-mails after yours.
Sorry if I jumped to conclusions.
Ronda, try this on your machine and lets see whats happens.

put a first name comma a number a kind of nut comma (3 times)
give each a value a total

Terry, 2 cashew $6.50, 2 mixed $3.00, 3 party $2.50, total $26.50
See if you can get it to read the first line with space 4.
It will read line 2 and one but not line 1. I have to read it word by word.
Also I did add the line brakes.
Thanks.
Terry

Hi, Terry:
It's been a while since I wrote this message. I believe what I meant is
that the pc will not read keyword documents. Yes, you can write other
formats in the bn, but keyword is not known to the pc. I believe that's
what I was talking about when I wrote that. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
