I may not do this the easiest possible way, but I figured this process out
by trial and error and reading the manual over and over. When I want a key
word document on my PC, I open the keyword document, bring up the save menu
and save it as a Microsoft word document with a different name. So, my BN
has two documents, such as Sherry's Christmas cookies.doc for MS word, and
Christmas cookies .with the BN file extension. I used to use the
synchronization feature with the serial cable and everything, but once I got
a flash card, I just transfer the file to that, plug the card reader into my
PC and transfer the file to whatever folder it needed on the PC. Then I
just open it in Word, do a little editing, and it's ready to be sent out to
anyone. There might be an easier way to do this, as I say, but this way
works well for me.

Sherry

Hi, Terry:
It's been a while since I wrote this message. I believe what I meant is
that the pc will not read keyword documents. Yes, you can write other
formats in the bn, but keyword is not known to the pc. I believe that's
what I was talking about when I wrote that. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
