Oh well, I suspected as much, but thought I'd ask. I know KeyShop--at the conventions--has a very good reputation for fixing various little problems, so I'll check before I send it off. At least it's the backspace, and I can still press the key stub, it's just not quite as pretty as it once was. <Grin>

Likely, Sarah you will have to send your machine in just like I do to get that fixed. They may do things differently for the ACB And NFB conventions but I know at csun they were doing things like cleaning Braille Displays.
