Will,
Try pressing the reset button, waiting for the chime, then inserting your
Ethernet card. It should say "card inserted", and then everything should
work automatically.

What seems to be the problem with your Ethernet card? I use mine all the
time for Email and web browsing, and I don't have to worry at all about
ActiveSync. I'll help you if I can.

Well if you in fact have a Pac Mate, you may be writing to the incorrect
list. (smile)

hi dean
i asked this question but got no response, grins
rather than use my cell phone as a modem to connect to my e mail
provider,
can i:
1. connect my pac mate to activesync via infrared
2. download my e mail that way
my ethernet card dont work for some reason i thought the process would
be
automatic, i think i got wrong card.
it ashame braille note wasnt usb as not everyone has serial nowadays
does
the newer motherboard have usb or something?
and how do i know if i have latest motherboard?
thanks, will
