Hi Dean:

Yes, I upgraded KeySync. In fact, after doing so, AccuSync told me I had
to create a new partnership and I went through the process of deleting the
original partnership and recreating a new one with the same name.

Hello rich,

when you upgraded to KeySoft 5.1 did you also update the version of KeySync
on your PC? If not, I think you'll find that this is the problem.

When you select KeySoft 5.1 rather than 5.0, a different version of KeySync
is shown on the SDW website for download.
