Question?  does the BN and release 6.1 use Windows CE 4.2 as its O/S, or is it
the "feel" of Windows CE from the user point of view?  will Windows CE
programmes run on the 6.1 release because the O/S is Windows CE?

How about the developers' kit, any plans for its rlease?
