Hi Mary Ellen

I must agree with you, but I like to use active sync to sync my contacts
because I have a contact list of about 900 on my BN. I use my desktop
computer with a flash card reader to copy files to and from my CF card.

Interestingly, transfering via flash card is the only way I do things. I
don't mess around with active sync because both of my computers have pcmcia
slots in them and it takes about as long to transfer files over to a flash
card as it does just to press the key to activate active sync never mind the

download time. You also have the added advantage of having your filesbacked
up by doing things this way if you use the copy function.
That is why I like using laptops so much.
