If you want to do subdirectories, when you're prompted for a folder, press space with t. You can then type in the full path, such as t/folder/subdirectory, or you can browse through the subdirectories once you've used the space with t command by using the next and advanced keys. I hope this helps, as it has saved me a lot of time when my instructors copy things onto the root directory of my flash disk for me for school assignments, the only way I could get at them was using this command.
