Hi Jane, I keep emailing tech support they keep offering ideas like does your network have a firewall no I don't think the BN has a firewall. It's okay. I'll just not sign up for Bookshare and wait to redo it once the upgrade comes out. I do wish that the BN had the ability to let the user choose whether they wanted the asterisks in so password box as you type in your password or to hear the letters and numbers you are typing. Window Eyes has this feature. I know sighted people don't really get this option with their computers from what I've been told anyway they get the asterisks just like us. Lisa
