I feal the same way you do accept it is about the Braille Mate.  It was
dumped on me with out asking me what kind of machine I wanted.  then I found
errors in the manual.  I love my BN!

Last comment on the Braille and Speak.  My experience was with an old 
one prior to the 640, but I forget the model, etc.  Glad to know things 
have greatly improved with BrailleNote.
