Hi Peggy, BrailleNote GPS is currently being tested with KeySoft 6.1. Any
changes necessary will be in the GPS software itself.

Jonathan, I'm planning on ordering 6.1, since I have the SMA and
everything. But I don't want to do anything that might keep me from using
my GPS. I'm wondering if any changes that will need to be made to make the

BN and GPS continue to work together will be changes to the BN, or if they
might just be changes to the GPS, say with another upgrade. I'd hate to
order 6.1 and then find out there'll have to be a 6.1.5 or something to
allow GPS to work on the BrailleNote. But the impression I get is that any

upgrades to make them compatible will be upgrades to the GPS software to
make it work with 6.1, rather than modifications to 6.1 to make it work
with GPS. Is this a safe assumption?

Peggy <who wants to order the upgrade to the BN soon, but not if it will be

of no use>
