Its called Matzos, the unleavened bread found in the Old Testament and
eaten by the Jews of the world for Passover. Buy a box and you will
have exactly that... nothing but flour and water.

Make a paste of flour and water, relatively dense and yet able to be
rolled out to about an eighth of an inch. SCORE using a sewing marker
type perforating roller about every quarter of an inch. Cut into the
size piece you want to be able to carry. Bake until hard and browned.

Look up recipes for Matzos and you will find all are based on the
above, originally done in the desert and using sun heated flat stones
for the cooking surface.
