Hi Everyone, Happy New Year!
Does anyone have a good recipe for a French-style baguette? I use a lot of recipes for the book, The Bread Bible, but these are often quite lengthy in process and require at least a day in advance preparing. I'm looking for a baguette recipe that I can make in one day, so if the temptation arises late-to-mid morning, I can have a baguette on the table for an afternoon snack or dinner accompaniment. Also, would anyone have a recipe for either Onion buns, Kaisers bun or cheese buns. Thanks for you help. Christine ------------------------ Yahoo!
