Welcome to the group, Mamafish. Only one thing to add - mastering the
B11 without wasting coffee and milk is like learning to paint without
wasting paint and paper. If you go on a barista course you'll be
horrified at the amount of coffee and milk that goes down the drain.
When I bought my B11 I ordered a kilo of beans and I don't think I
drank more than a couple of shots from that batch. Looking back I
realize I could have limited the wastage by making a conscious
decision not to repeat mistakes (if it didn't work last time, it won't
work this time unless I do it differently). Consider it an investment
in future pleasure.
