Hello Jean-Sebastien, I have alerted my Tech and Sales managers on this one.
They will find out what happened and take care of you immediately. If you have any other issues please contact me directly and I appreciate your patience, Gary Salzman President Whole Latte Love 585-924-7170 ext 5158 -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jean-Sebastien Morisset Sent: Wednesday, October 15, 2008 3:09 PM To: brewtus Subject: Is this normal for WLL? Hi everyone, I have a leaking safety valve, so wrote the Techs at WLL as documented on their contact page ("...or to order any parts."). They wrote back and said to contact Sales. So I sent Sales an e-mail, then another, then another, and finally they replied with "call us". So I replied saying I'm in Canada and we have French names, street names, etc. which is why I sent all that info by e-mail. Again no reply, so I write back again, and still silence. Is this normal for WLL? Do they usually blow off customers like this? So... Is this safety valve on the steam boiler kind of standard? Can I order one from another source, like espressoparts.com or chriscoffee.com or something? I certainly don't mind buying a better part either. :-) Thanks! js. -- Jean-Sebastien Morisset, Sr. UNIX Administrator <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
