I bought one of these after Barry¹s recommendation, and it¹s a really nice product. I don¹t use it as a hopper‹I use it in my PF so I can stir the grind a la the Weiss technique. Night and day, first shot. My espresso went from lopsided emergence to even-all-over emergence the very first time. My high-tech stirring tool is an easter egg dipper with the small end cut off. bmc "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel....."
