I bought one of these after Barry¹s recommendation, and it¹s a really nice
product.  I don¹t use it as a hopper‹I use it in my PF so I can stir the
grind a la the Weiss technique.  Night and day, first shot.  My espresso
went from lopsided emergence to even-all-over emergence the very first time.
My high-tech stirring tool is an easter egg dipper with the small end cut
off.
