Ira, Thanks for the ideas. I opened it up and took a look but didn't see anything.
It is Monday now and I called Whole Latte Love. They also told me to check the wires and trace them to the power cord. Since I didn't see any burned wires, they think that it is the power switch and are sending me a new one.
