Hi Brewtus detectives.... another mystery.

Problem is that the water heater is not heating to the set point of
95....

Trouble shooting clues:

Steam boiler working fine: steam pressure good, steam wand good, hot
water wand good.

Water boiler only heats to about 47 degrees.

Set point of red LED temperature controller is set to 95, small
indicator indicates "ON" all the time.. Water coming out of brew group
is indeed 47 degrees (measured), Brew group itself is about 47 degrees
(by touch... )
so it seems like the controller thermometer is accurate and indicating
the boiler should heat.

Large red light to right of brew group lights when it heats the water,
and goes out when it does not: I can hear quiet gurgling during
heating, but then light turns off (and gurgling stops) at about 47
degrees. noise is normal, temperature is not.

This happened suddenly, not gradually. coffee this AM was fine (95
degrees as programmed), this afternoon, it holds at about 45-47.

Suggestions?

Thanks in advance. This machine has served us very well for 3 or 4
years now.
