Hello fellow Brewtus owners, Just invested in new Brewtus III-V, which arrived shortly before the holidays. Got it set up and it seemed to operate fine for a few days until I went to adjust the PID to experiment a bit with the coffee. Now, when I turn it on, it gets up to temperature and then slowly starts to lose heat. Right now, after sitting idle for over an hour, the PID reads 110F!
WLL seems to think this is "strange" and said they needed to consult w/ their Expobar expert and get back to me. Anybody else experience similar problems w/ brand new III-V's? This is very frustrating because I'm not mechanically inclined and didn't spent $2K to have to deal w/ these kinds of issu...@#$!
