Thanks for asking... yes, as i posted in the other thread by Troll
"Should I buy a Brewtus III-V Premium?", it's gotten all the quirks
worked out on it's own and works just fine now.  Perhaps I "confused"
it the first time I started playing with the PID because I didn't
exactly know what I was doing (had to go back and read the
instructions).  But after a few days of erratic behavior, my Brewtus
III-V is doing great and is very consistent.  Now, it only fluctuates
1 degree, back and forth between 201F and 202F for example.

I guess if I were Craig, I'd keep an eye on that 3-5 degree variance
and perhaps even contact the supplier to question them about it before
the warranty runs out.  My thinking is if you're spending that much $$
on something, it should be problem free out of the box.
