Hello to all from the other part of the globe (Malta - Europe). I am completely new to this forum and to this machine! I purchased a brand new B3 R together with a Mazzer Mini E Mod B. I am new to using such machines and this comes after 6 years of using a La Pavoni lever machine. I need some help with pressures ie. My steam pressure is set at 1.2 Bar during idle and the lowest it goes during steaming milk is 1.05 Bar. For info my machine is fitted with the new 1 hole steam tip and is the no burn version. My main concern is the brewing pressure. When pulling shots, the max pressure I get is 8 bar and when I tested the machine using a blind filter I got it up to 9 bar. Can somebody kindly guide me into these figures. Thank you! Massimo
