When we set up the machines up in the states before we ship we set the steam 
pressure to around 1.3 and the brew pressure with the blind filter basket to 
9.  My guess is that your coffee is ground a little coarse so there is not 
enough back pressure building up and you coffee is flowing a little to fast.  
Try grinding a little finer and get your shots to run at about 2 ounces in 25 
seconds. You should then see about 9 bar on the brew gauge.Todd SalzmanWhole
