Todd, Thanks again for all the great info. I regularly remove and clean the shower screen and the brass "diffuser" when I do my backwashes, so I'm about 99% certain that the issue will be with the rubber seal and brass seat you mention. Since I have never done a descale, I'm willing to bet that there is some kind of buildup on a seal or a seat that is causing the leak. If I'm still having issues after I full clean up the E61 (and a descale of the boilers), I'll come back to the forum for more help.
