I've been hanging out, posting and following this forum for a few years now. It's been a lot of fun and a really valuable resource.
I still think my BII puts out great shots and fantastic milk but awhile ago I got an itch to go with a lever machine and there's only so much space in the kitchen (according to my wife) so the BII has to go. A neighbor is buying my machine and I'll hand it over to him once my Ponte Vecchio Lusso 2 group hits my doorstep which will probably be sometime early next week... or tomorrow... fingers crossed. It's his first espresso machine so he's off to a good start; I'll be able to help shorten the espresso learning curve and he's using my home roast for pourover already and I'll be hooking him up with espresso specific roasts as well. What a great way to start loving espresso and small milk drinks. I'll keep my eye on the forum for a while but eventually I'll fade off into lever land I suppose. For all the new owners of the Brewtus, congrats on a great machine, for all the folks thinking about purchasing you are heading down the right path, for all the friends I've made through the Brewtus over the years... all the best!
