I found the leak. I finally opened up the Brewtus II. There is a copper tube that runs into a "nut" that leads to the steam wand. It was leaking around the "nut". I tightened it with a 17mm wrench and the leak stopped.
I was lucky since the leak was dripping down toward the controller. I think that this was the only leak. Everything seems to work now.
