Partly depends on whether you'll only do espresso or cappuccino, etc. In addition, I'm not sure I rely on a comparison based on how commercial units are designed for a home machine.
I think it really comes down to implementation, but you're not likely to find a consumer who's extensively used 3 or 4 different machines (could just buy a G3).
