I just posted links for this and the screen for someone else on the Brewtus 
group about three or four weeks ago I think--search back a bit.  I'd recommend 
changing it at least yearly, and I'd do the screen every six months in terms of 
cleanliness.  It's called a group gasket for E61 group, and a group screen.
