Well, everything's a-ok!  Checked the water tap (unscrewed the tap) it
was clean as a whistle.  Water now clear.  Did my normal Sunday Cafiza
cleaning, so ready to go tomorrow.  Just wasn't expecting the
temperature to drop so much when running the tap.  I had rarely used
it.  Thanks everyone for you insight!
