We go through a lot of effort to make sure each machine is perfect and treat 
these like commercial machines.  Commercial machines are always tested and 
adjusted.
 
We set the brew pressure to the normal industry standard of 9 bar with a  flow 
of 2 ounces in 25 seconds.  We raise the steam pressure so that you get better 
frothing.
