i ran into the same problem when i did mine. the programming on the original one doesn't show the overshoot the same way. what yours is doing now is normal. you need to make sure the temperature offset is set correctly. also you may find that you have to move up or down a couple of degrees to get your temp correct for whatever beans you are using. i think i ended up 1 degree warmer with the new setup than i did with the old.it could also be that the offset was 1 degree different on the old controller and i just compensated on the other end. try a few shots at different temps and see what works best for you and try to ignore the temp overshoot.good luck. h

However, I had a AKO 13120/01 and the new one is the 13120. I set it up and to 94 C and the temperature oscillate 3 or 4 higher, and then go back to 93C turn the led on and goes until 94 turn off and the readings go until 97 or 98. Anyone could tell me if it's a new way to set the controller up, or it's normal?
